⭐ We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Product Designer in Paris!
As the first hired Product UX / UI Designer, you will be responsible for developing our user experience across all our interfaces including product dashboards, mobile app, email correspondence, and web presence.
? You will be more specifically in charge of:
Responsibilities in the Discovery phase:
- Partner with PMs to make product and design decisions informed by qualitative customer feedback, user research, and quantitative data analysis
- Use whatever means necessary to understand customer/user needs to help prioritize opportunities (user interviews, session replays, usage metrics, sales & customer support inputs,…)
- Quickly iterate on low-fi & high-fi prototypes and use the appropriate discovery technique to test your assumptions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate your design decisions and how they relate to the problem you’re solving from the point of view of both the user (UX-centric) and DataDome (business-centric)
Responsibilities in the Delivery phase:
- Work with engineers in shipping high-quality experiences with detailed and design system compliant specs, design review and regular communication
- Navigate between “good enough” solutions and precisely crafted high-quality experiences depending on the expected impact of the feature
- Ensure UX and UI consistency, elevate overall product quality and design execution
- Be the guardian and iterate on the design system to make sure each new implementation is faster, more robust, within increasing coherence
? What we look for:
- At least 7 years of experience in a SaaS B2B company
- Development of a UX strategy in a complex user environment serving multiple user profiles with diverse set of technical and business needs.
- A passion for solving complex UX problems
- A tolerance for "good enough" rather than "perfection"
- You have experience with user research and translating insights from research to your designs
- You are flexible, decisive, and put ego aside to focus on the needs of the customer
- You effectively question and collaborate with your leadership peers and drive conversations to next steps
- Experience working with an internationally distributed team in a virtual environment with many stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally.
- It's OK if you never worked with Figma yet but you may have the will to work with it
- If you ever work on a Cybersecurity/Data/Technical Product is a huge plus
- Prior experience with tools like Balsamiq, Sketch, Figma, Amplitude, HotJar, or Google Optimiz
