You will work on Wizz, which is a social app for teens which currently has 200k+ daily active users in the US(e)You will be part of 10 high-performing team members, and you will work together in goodwill to make Wizz reach millions of daily active users.
Role
We are looking for an autonomous Product Designer with a full scope of your projects, from identifying friction points and opportunities (analytical side) to designing the final experience (UX/UI)(e)Moreover, a designer who can apply both strategy and execution to drive innovative projects and improve the product.
- Improve the existing Core-Loop (Discover, Profile, Chat, Safety, Monetization)
- Test and learn around new horizons (Meta, Gamification, Community...)
- Use data (Mixpanel, Tableau) and user research (internal tools) to fuel your process (ideation, communication, validation)
- Design simple, innovative, and intuitive experiences and flows
- Craft every detail of new product features, from idea to UX to pixel-perfect execution
- Help define the short and long-term roadmap for our products
- Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the team
Profile
- Proven experience as a Product Designer on mobile apps
- Track record of successful achievements in a Product role
- Professional experience with tools like Figma
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to take ownership, proactive
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - you’ll be expected to communicate clearly on design decisions to the team and leadership
