The Challenge
Reporting to the Head of People Operations the OneTrust Senior HR Generalist will be aligned to supporting the HR initiatives of the business objectives and requirements.In this role, you can expect to touch all aspects of HR, with overall responsibility for day-to-day operations and compliance.
Your Mission
- Manage the entire employee life cycle
- Manage the Pre-hiring and onboarding: Responsible for the contract preparation and onboarding and orientation
- Responsible for international mobility: Visa & Emigration processes, landing package
- Responsible for drafting and amending HR documents i.e., contracts, university collaboration agreements, bonus, salary reviews, warnings, voluntary and involuntary terminations, probation periods, PIP, final settlements etc.
- Responsible for the off-boarding process
- Responsible for creating and maintaining various databases and staff records.
- Provide guidance to OneTrust employees and Managers to resolve employee questions, issues or concerns and champion employee engagement.
- Partner with HRBPs and Managers to design and deliver targeted solutions aligned with accomplishing company goals.
- Advise and advocate on HR policies, procedures, and programs to promote company culture and compliance
- Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics such as; time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Overview of the annual employee performance reviews
- Responsible for managing the credits of Tripartita Foundation
- Partnership with the HR analytics team for the implementation of WD
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, help to improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention
- Serves as a bridge between the HR Support Team and other HR functions.
- Own Internal Transfer communications and process in partnership HRBP & TA team
- Conduct Exit interviews and create, save, and distribute paperwork for individual contributors at OneTrust
- Responsible for organising local workshops
- Coach management team on performance management discussions, labor relations issues, discipline matters, and promotion/transfer/termination discussions
- Responsible for understanding, interpreting, and appropriately applying employment regulations, CBA, effectively implementing all the legal requirement and updates to define and maintain company legal policies
- Stay up to date on legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Responsible for the design and implementation of the equality plan
- Responsible for Labor Risk Prevention (health and safety), as well as the preparation of the annual plan and monitoring of occupational accidents
- Responsible of the negotiation with the local providers and monthly administration of the different Benefits programs: Ticket Restaurant, Private medical insurance, monthly allowance, Ticket transport etc...
- Partner with IT to create streamlined employee experience (i.e(e)DLs, off-boarding, internal transfers, etc.)

Your Experience Includes
- Bachelor’s degree in an HR relevant field and master's in human resources or MBA highly desirable
- 8 + years of work experience in HR
- Experience in startup and fast-growing environment
- Knowledge of Human Resource disciplines, Spanish employment law, etc
- Experience of EMEA/AMER/APAC law beneficial
- Ability to build relationships with employees throughout the organisation
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyse and diagnose problems, develop alternative solutions, and recommend and implement an effective course of action
- Ability to operate with rapidly shifting priorities, timelines, and deliverables
- Experience helping global and/or matrixed organisations scale
- Demonstrated experience in influencing and strategically solve problems
- Consulting, coaching and facilitation skills
- Prior experience working in Workday
