Your role:Structure financial tasks in a fast-growing environment, reporting to the Finance Manager?
PayFit is looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner in the French Business Unit to help facilitate interaction and collaboration within our high-growth business(e)You will be working cross-functionally with a focus on Reporting and KPIs analysis.
Your missions ⭐
• Serve as a finance lead on assigned financial projects including compiling and analyzing all financial information
• Perform monthly reviews on reporting and prepare material supports to management
• Actively participate in reforecast and annual budgeting processes
• Become a true partner across teams by providing input and guidance on business performance
• Design and improve a robust and efficient process to track and monitor business and financial KPIs
• Define, automate, develop and document operational processes

• you have 5 years+ of experience in controlling or financial planning or audit
• you have great oral and written communication skills in both English and in French
• you have experience in business partnering and impressive growth framework
• you are a very organized person, able to handle multiple topics at the same time and prioritize them
• you love to optimize operational performance & process
• you have outstanding analytical skills and accounting skills
• you are autonomous, self-motivated, business-oriented and curious
• you are familiar with some or all of the following tools (or eager to learn them): Looker, Excel, Salesforce, Zuora
