As a key member of the Marketing Team, you will participate in the development of the traffic, the notoriety for Back Market and the attraction, conversion and retention of Backers (Back Market customers) in France and in all countries where we are present (USA, United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, Austria, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Greece, Portugal, Ireland and Finland today - other countries coming soon… !)

Reporting to Steven, our Head of CRM, you will be responsible for growing our CRM mobile app channels through strategic input and ideas.

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): ?

Strategy and Execution: Establish and lead our mobile channels (push notification, in-app messages, SMS…) roadmap and make it coherent with our global CRM strategy(e)You aim to optimize the existing processes and provide growth opportunities to the team.

Mobile CRM features & tools management: Work closely with stakeholders across our tech team in order to test and ensure the functionality of the CRM features (deeplink, data points, CRM mobile channels ...)(e)You are the main point of contact with our mobile tools partners’ aiming to solve ongoing requests and use our tools to the maximum extent of their available resources.

Data Driven Marketing : Use mobile apps analytics and attribution tools to analyse user behaviour and find problems, opportunities and campaign ideas for our team.

Teaching & Mentoring: Mentor all members of the CRM Team on how to leverage and optimize our CRM app strategies(e)Provide guidance on daily business and support short and long-term projects by coming up with new ideas to further improve the channel.

YOU'RE PERFECT FOR THE ROLE IF: ⭐

English is a no brainer for you
You have at least 5-6 years experience in CRM or mobile marketing
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
You are proficient using a Customer Engagement Platform (experience with Braze is a plus)
You are able to work independently, hands-on approach
You are curious about new trends and practices around the app industry
Team spirit is essential for you.
Not mandatory : Mobile Front end or Back end development skills (HTML, CSS, Javascript, Swift, C++) is a plus
