What you’ll be doing

As Senior Account Manager - Editions  (H/F), you will report directly to the Account Management Lead - Editions(e)You will be in charge of the commercial success of projects and restaurants’ portfolio within Editions sites (delivery-only kitchens) in order to offer the best customer experience(e)Your objective will be to build strong and long-term partnership while providing Deliveroo food tech expertise.

Your main missions will be : 

• Lead projects aiming to grow Editions or partners topline and profitability with a global impact

• Project manage initiatives and tests, drive alignment of numerous stakeholders both within the Editions commercial team and beyond (Operations, Central, F&S, Legal)

• Depending on the workload, transversally manage part of the Editions Account management team

• Manage and optimise the profitability of your restaurant portfolio in order to meet OKR: 

  • Personalized account management to optimize key drivers : menu selection, packaging, pricing, visibility…

  • Data analysis on partners performance and supply 

  • In relation with Site Ops Editions team to improve operation and service

• In charge of the growth of your portolio both in terms of sales and coverage (virtual brand creation, marketing campaign, Editions expansion plan)

• Onboarding of restaurant partners : pitch deck preparation, participation in commercial negotiations, coordination with Global team on kitchen implementation

• You will be process owner or coordinate one/several Editions strategic levers (marketing, partnership, ancillaries, sales) : implement the strategy defined and coordinate its execution with the whole Editions commercial team 

• Process optimisation : Deliveroo is a very fast growing company, you will participate in improving processes to scale and grow 

• Participation in transverse team projects (marketing, commercial, operations) as one example kitchen gap analysis, best practice sharing… 

Requirements :

• Bac +5 from business or engineering school/university 

• 5 to 6 years experience in a commercial role 

• Habit of leadership, capacity to embark a small team on a project

• Skills required : “Team Player”, rigorous, natural communicator, motivated, proactive

• Strong Analytical and organisational competencies required 

• Fluent in French and English 

• Passion for food and gastronomy(e)Previous experience in the Food & Beverage industry is a plus
