Your Role
Odaseva is looking for a Senior Account Executive to expand our business within our existing customer accounts in EMEA(e)This role is based in Paris reporting to the SVP Sales.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Your job is to generate upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your assigned accounts to reach and exceed your quota and ensure a high net retention rate.
  • You manage the full upsell, cross-sell and renewal sales cycle, from building the pipeline to closing deals.
  • You build strong and strategic relationships with all personas within your customer based including CIOs, VP of Applications, Salesforce domain directors.
  • A key to your success is developing a rich ecosystem of influencers within your customer based including Salesforce stakeholders, and S.I(e)partners.
  • Within Odaseva, you work with customer success managers, sales engineers, product managers, consultants and our security teams.
  • You provide feedback to fuel our growth strategy.

You will bring:

  • 5 years+ of sales experience in a technical environment, of which 2y+ successful experience of managing and selling to large accounts.
  • Experience working on complex sales cycles, applying structured value-selling methodology(e)You have sold Saas/PaaS solutions, middleware or security solutions.
  • Solid verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Full professional proficiency in French and English.
  • Willingness to travel approx 20% including on-sites with prospects & customers.
  • Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem is a real plus.
