At Manomano the payment team is part of the Finance & Legal team and includes three pillars: consumer payment, fraud prevention, seller finance.
We are looking for aSeller Finance Operations Analyst with a passion for problem solving to join the Seller Finance Team(e)Manomano is a marketplace gathering a qualitative and selective network of around 4000 sellers(e)Providing them a quality financial experience is critical to Manomano’s success.
We are looking for a dynamic analyst who likes day-to-day operational challenges and is willing to be part of a company where everything is constantly moving.
You will report to the Seller Finance Manager.
MISSIONS
- This position has two core focus:
- SELLER CARE(e)You are in charge of providing a timely and quality customer support to our sellers(e)You’re partnering with teams in charge of seller partnerships to ensure our sellers are provided the best solution(e)Answers are provided by account managers in standard cases, and directly by the seller finance team in complex cases.
- SECURING SELLER FINANCE OPERATIONS by a thorough execution(e)Under the supervision of your manager, you will be in charge of recovery operations, the preparation of pay-out to our sellers, maintaining the financial profile of our sellers, and other recurring operationsWe are working on the continuous improvement of our processes(e)As a seller finance operations analyst you are a critical contributor to identifying improvements and contribute to Manomano’s growth.
PROFILE
- You have a previous experience demonstrating your precision and attention to detail in delivering a best in class execution of financial processes (e-commerce payment team, cash management back office, PSP back office, etc)
- You have great planning and organizational skills
- Proactive, critical mindset and fast-learning abilities;
- English and French are required
