POSITION : Regional Strategy and Planning Manager Western & Southern Europe & Middle East

THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER
- Partner with the Regional General Manager and General Manager to set up the strategy for the region, and help drive execution of the strategy.
- Take on special projects which have significant impact to the regional strategy (such as investment cases, evaluating new business lines, partnering with local teams to improve specific areas of performance).
- Own the 6 and 12 month outlook with the local teams to ensure we have the right supply of vehicles and are deploying in the right markets.
- Collaborate with the finance, expansion, and central strategy teams on all cross-company initiatives
- Support Senior leaders and local markets with additional analysis as needed
YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Data and process driven, with strong analytical & presentation skills
- 4+ years in strategy / investment banking / corporate finance / consulting experience / other roles with strong strategic thinking and data skills
- You love thinking big picture and have a knack for understanding / seeing how patterns and trends play out across geos and over time
- You have high empathy - you will be working with high performing teams who have a lot of priorities. Understanding their needs and adding value is key to success
- You thrive in ambiguity and with complex questions
- You over-index on ownership of projects - you do not wait to be told what to do
- You are curious and passionate about the topics you cover
- You are a team player and are willing to do what it takes, but are also love autonomy
- In the absence of blueprints, you create them and when you do have them, you are always looking for continuous improvement
- You enjoy and thrive working within a fast-paced environment
