Spendesk is looking for a Regional Marketing Team Lead France to help take our growth in France to the next level(e)The overriding responsibility of this role is to build and oversee the execution of demand and pipeline creation programs, based on both inbound and outbound tactics, to exceed growth targets.
This role reports to the Director of Demand Generation(e)You’ll enjoy working closely with regional leadership to understand the needs of the sales team, and meeting those needs through effective partnership, strategy and execution(e)Currently, you’ll manage a regional marketing manager(e)The ideal candidate is driven, analytical, strategic, and willing to roll-up their sleeves to get things done.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute the regional marketing strategy, working in close alignment with the global marketing team, as well as the Country Manager, AEs, BDR and SDR teams.
  • Work closely with the regional Country Manager and sales team to communicate and help drive support for global marketing strategy, and ensure alignment with sales across all campaigns and projects, feedback loops, lead follow up processes and reporting.
  • Partner with global content, PR, community, social, creative, campaigns, performance and website teams to develop and guide local execution of website and programs in market.
  • Guide the day-to-day activities of the regional marketing manager and coach them to perform at higher levels.
  • Manage the local calendar of events (offline and online) and campaigns with the regional marketing managers.
  • In collaboration with global performance team, help set the spend priorities for demand generation programs, including paid search, social, content, video and display to drive the region’s inbound lead flow.
  • Deliver local events (in person and online) including event strategy, project management and post-event analysis and reporting.
  • Own, drive, and report on key metrics related to monthly business performance reviews, marketing campaigns and programs - from tracking KPIs (including MQLs, marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue, monthly targets and YoY growth) and key learnings.
  • Partner with the partnerships team to support parters in region through various marketing programs.
  • Set and manage the annual regional marketing budget
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations

Skills we're looking for:

  • 10+ years of field marketing experience, preferably in B2B / SaaS
  • Team player and dedicated people manager passionate about learning and coaching
  • Proven experience in delivering marketing activity, including planning, prioritising and implementing strategy
  • Proven experience partnering closely with sales to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical expertise to set measurable goals and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Deep understanding of local software market, culture, buying behaviours and local marketing strategies.
  • Good understanding across a range of demand generation programs (SEM, Paid Social, SEO, website, webinars, field events, review sites, emails, content marketing etc.)
  • Outstanding French & English written and spoken skills
  • Experience using marketing and sales tools such as Salesforce and Hubspot
