As the world leader in alternative animal proteins, Innovafeed contributes to the construction of a sustainable food system by developing a pioneering and innovative industry: the breeding and processing of insects (Hermetia Illucens fly).
Our mission:
- Dealing with global protein deficit by strengthening our food systems
- To have a positive overall environmental impact based on circular economy and inspired by natural food chains;
- To generate territorial economic dynamism : in order to feed and raise our larvaes, we are co-located with agro-industrial partners that provide us with co-products and low footprint energy.
Incorporated in 2016, Innovafeed manufactures and sells 3 different insect-based products:
· Insect protein for a more sustainable and qualitative aquaculture, especially for feeding salmon and trout ?
· Insect oil for feeding animals (like pig and poultry), in the context of sustainable farming respectful of animal welfare ?
· Insect feces used as an effective organic fertilizer ?

Your missions
You will report directly to the Heads of Engineering.
As part of this growing team, you will help define and implement the team's development strategy in order to strengthen its resilience and arm it to take on various large projects in multiple geographies.
You will be responsible for driving the team's roadmap:
- Identify, anticipate and articulate the transversal needs of the team in terms of organization, skills development, capitalization of our knowledge, processes to streamline activities and communication as well as new tools to be created or adopted ;
- Define clear deliverables and facilitate an extended action plan with multiple contributors.
Your profile and skills
As a young graduate from an engineering school or equivalent, you are keen to acquire a global vision of the engineering or operational performance professions(e)Dynamic and proactive, you are able to lead structuring projects on which about twenty employees will be involved.
* You have strong listening and rephrasing skills.
* You enjoy interacting with various teams (R&D, Performance, Engineering, Operations, etc.) in order to understand the success factors of their businesses(e)You are organized and rigorous and are comfortable writing documents.
* You know how to propose innovative solutions (e.g(e)creation of a digital navigation environment for knowledge bases).
* You are able to navigate effectively in an environment with multiple contacts and interact with ease with all levels of the company.
This position is particularly suited to someone with diverse skills and competencies, wishing to quickly acquire a level of knowledge of all of our businesses before choosing a professional career path in one of our departments.
