What you’ll do

• Optimizing internal processes to boost performance and reduce friction, along with our Product and Systems teams
• Contributing to enhancing Buyer and Vendor experience on Choco, hand-in-hand with our teams on the field
• Enabling our teams on the field in their missions, by providing operational support and building actionable resources
• Building analyses and deriving concrete and actionable recommendations.

Who we’re looking for

• Teamwork, flexibility & adaptability - You will work at the cross-roads of several teams within Choco, and interact with Buyers and Vendors
• Curiosity, creativity & initiative - You will need to be creative and find new ideas to improve our processes
• Thoroughness & analytical skills - You will dig into our figures to derive informed and data-driven recommendations
• Focus & organization - You will manage a variety of tasks and contacts, and should be able to prioritize efficiently
