YOUR TEAM
The Animation and Visual Effects team brings all of our imaginary concepts to life(e)They shape the ideas that become experiences that capture the imagination of people around the world.
YOUR MISSION
The Production Coordinator is part of the Content Department, which is responsible for the design and creation of animated visual content for permanent and temporary multimedia installations(e)His/her main mandate is to coordinate the project team.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1(e)Project Coordination
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between the Director and the creative team assigned to a given project (Art Director, Leads, Artists, CG Supervisor, Technical Director, Outside Studios, Content Producer) by organizing meetings, taking notes and managing information;
- Responsible for managing and respecting the production schedule established by the content producer for a given project;
- Monitor the time banks allocated to the various production tasks and ensure efficient task completion;
- Communicate to the Content Producer and Director any element that may affect the schedule or budget;
- Participate in the search for solutions in case of problems;
- Responsible for the folder structure and file nomenclature and for the respect of these by the artists of the project;
- Responsible for the delivery of approval files and final files;
- Work with the directors, designers and technicians to ensure synergy between the environment, its content and the technology used;
- Ensure the archiving of the various projects in collaboration with the media archivist.
2(e)Development of expertise in project coordination in content creation
- Plan and implement production processes for content creation;
- Suggest technical solutions to keep processes simple and efficient;
- Develop management processes to improve productivity.
3(e)Coordination within the content creation team
- Participate in the improvement of content project team coordination tools;
- Participate in the development of internal procedures and processes;
- Perform any other responsibilities and/or tasks related to this position.
JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- College degree in design, multimedia, performing arts, television or film production or related field;
- Proficiency in spoken and written French and English;
- 2 to 4 years experience in audiovisual creation coordination (2D/3D animation, visual effects);
- Mastery of MS Office software or similar;
- Knowledge of Shotgun, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop and Premiere is an asset;
- Knowledge of the 3D animation production process is an asset;
- Experience in creating visuals integrated to multimedia environments is an asset.

- Occasional work beyond regular office hours and occasional travels.
