Responsibilities
Pricing Lead Team plays a key role in enabling our existing and potential clients to better approach pricing and be embarked on our platform(e)As a Pricing Director you will work on:
Pricing Consulting: Be the reference and best guide Pricemoov Pricing managers & Pricing Analyst in driving our clients to grow their expertise in Pricing for their specific business, wherever they are today in this journey (from Pricing rookie to Pricing champion).
Project Implementation : Some enterprise clients require deep pricing knowledge to ensure the implementation of Pricemoov platform is a success(e)Your role, with the support of Solution Delivery team, is to lead the implementation phase from initiation to success(e)You will play a key senior role in the phasing and priorization of the implementation, the construction of the architecture configuration, the customization of platfrom strategy designs and the choice of relevant performance metrics & KPI(e)You will embody Pricemoov senior contact during implementation and support clients change, communication & sponsorship.
Pricing Evangelism: Along with the Pricing VP you will participate in broadcasting deep pricing knowledge to our existing & potential clients to level up consideration on pricing topics and grow Pricemoov audience(e)You will be solicited to build materials and animate pricing e-learnings, tailor-made pricing classes, Pricemoov face to face seminars, or industry shows.
Pricing Lead Team is also the internal reference for all deep pricing knowledge: Making sure Pricemoov Product, Sales & Marketing teams are correctly trained(e)As a Pricing Director you will work on:
Construction of the future of the platform: When choosing and building the new features & modules of Pricemoov, the Product team will rely on your expertise to make the right choices(e)You will participate in the priorization of the product roadmap, make sure the structure of the modules correctly adresses clients needs and ensure features are standardised enough to be used for all relevant clients.
Build, grow & manage a team Pricing lead: You will be in charge of building a best in class pricing lead team supported by Pricing Managers & Pricing Analysts(e)You will act as a functional expert and as a leader with a vision, a field operation spirit and human drive focused on growing your team spirit & cohesion.
Pricemoov customer closing: some key enterprises and/or pricing mature prospects need senior pricing experts to show Pricemoov’s commitment and deep understanding of their business(e)You will meet prospects to make sure we have the correct understanding of their challenges, pains & potential gains(e)You will lead the estimation of consulting services needed and build best in class targeted proposal.
Qualifications
- Outstanding communication skills both in French and English
- Ability to lead by influence internally and externally
- A passion for pricing challenges & commercial issues
- Deep entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent analytical skills and a track record of impactful problem solving
- Extremely articulate, able to take complex ideas and make them simple and compelling
- Minimum minimum 10 years in retail/distribution/manufacturing including a key pricing role OR 7 years experience in consulting with pricing related track record(e)Dual consulting / corporate experience would be preferred but not requested.
- Experience in completing implementation of a pricing software is a plus
