Your Role
We’re seeking an experienced Performance Engineer to join our awesome Infrastructure team based in Paris.
You will be responsible for improving the reliability of our software applications and IT systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing test plans and scripts to simulate user actions and measure performance
- Performing load tests to validate system performance and stability.
- Analyzing tests results and working with Developers and Engineers to design and tune Odaseva products for Optimal Performance and Scalability, and perform bug fixes.
- Providing technical assistance to improve system performance, capacity, reliability and scalability.
- Performing root cause analysis of performance issues and suggest corrective actions.
- Overseeing system performance lifecycle and identifying key metrics for performance improvements.
- Evaluating system performances and recommend improvements.
- Generating periodic performance reports for management review.
- Monitoring system performance and making recommendations for improvement to ensure optimal efficiency
You will bring:
- Masters degree in Computer Science or other relevant field
- Expertise with cloud platforms such as AWS & Azure
- Ability to build tools from scratch when needed
- Ability to quickly learn new and existing technologies
- Strong problem solving skills
- Autonomous and proactive
- Excellent communication skills
- Full professional proficiency in both French and English
