What will be your role? ?

Get onboard of the PayFit rocket by joining our People Team as a People Support Director.

Your mission will be to support our Head of People France and join our People team by taking over all topics related to Payroll, staff administration and HR management(e)

Your role is to ensure and respect all french legal obligations regarding Payroll and HR Management.

You will be responsible for:
?  The smooth running of the Payroll and HR mattersCoach, support and motivate 4 talents on daily basis : the 2 Payroll & Admin manager and the 2 HR AssistantGuide them to be more impactful and contribute to their fulfilmentTrack the changing laws and regulations about Payroll and HR Management to ensure compliance in and be prepared for upcoming changes Insure our legal compliance with all the social admin & payroll topics

? Managing the Social and Economic Committee (C.S.E.)Manage the C.S.E to ensure the purpose of its mission : guarantee a true collective expression from employees to prevent and improve their health, security and working conditions.Guarantee the proper functioning of the CSE : the respect of legal terms and conditions (committee composition, training, elections, duty of information, consultation, etc.)Manage and control the operating budget given by the employer for the CSE and the contribution paid for social and cultural benefits for employees 

? Managing the legal matters of the Work From Anywhere Project (WFA)Ensure and manage the legal matters of the Work From Anywhere policy and its constraints (contract amendment, the employer rights, individual and collectives employees rights, employees obligations)

This job has been tailored for you if ?

You have the following qualities :

You have at least 8 years in the Payroll and Admin management
You have at least a first successful management experience
You have a solid knowledge in Social law and legal challenges motivate you
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
We would be even more impressed if you have :

Great knowledge in our Collective Agreement “ Syntec” is a big +
