your role
sunday is looking for an amazing People Experience Intern to join our fast-growing People team.
You will be directly working with the People Business Partner and the People Team and assisting in the global growth of the company.
your tasks
- Maintaining a thorough Global HR database & keeping the employee files up to date
- Manage employee onboarding process with proper communication
- Helping with the contract preparation for France, Spain, UK, US & Canada and any new entities to be opened soon
- Participate in various day-to-day HR tasks and duties related to benefit administration & IT management
- Work on new projects & benefits we can offer to all our employees such as “green mobility” (i.e(e)support bikes to come to work), child care policy …
- Work on internal mobility and Visa process
- Support the administration of the French office and manage relations with social partners/ CS
- Support for the development of ou HR system
- Helping in bi annual career catch up preparation
- Develop HR strategies related to expansion in 7+ countries by mid-2022
your profile
- Human Resources or business-related degree
- Proficient in MS office and in particularly Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skill
- Fluent in English (bilingual Spanish will be an advantage)
- Great organizing skills, proactive nature and a people-person
- Available for 6 months, starting from January 2022
- You should be based in France
