 About the position

The Partnerships Manager is responsible for recruiting and building a partner ecosystem of sales & marketing agencies, transformation consultancies and systems integrators(e)The ideal candidate will have proven experience in both recruiting and managing partners. 

  • The Partnerships Manager will be accountable for driving the performance of a managed portfolio of existing partners(e)This person will create, lead, and implement effective partner-led go-to-market (GTM) plans, ranging from developing commercial opportunities to solutioning and facilitating joint sales & marketing activities in collaboration with various Showpad teams. 
  • In addition, the Partnerships Manager will identify, qualify and manage new partners, modelled after Showpad’s global partnership framework and aimed at accelerating business growth for all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities of a Partnerships Manager at Showpad 

  • Develop and execute a sensible territory plan to acquire and manage partners, new and existing, in support of Showpad’s strategic business objectives.
  • Jointly create and execute a business plan with each strategic partner, enrolling senior leaders & subject matter experts from both parties and holding quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to drive/measure success.
  • Articulate Showpad's value proposition and key differentiators to each assigned partner through regular meetings, training sessions, webinars, partner events and other conferences.
  • Collaborate with key internal Showpad stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Services and Product to ensure successful execution of the partner-led business plans.
  • Fully understand each strategic partner’s business priorities and ensure tight alignment with Showpad’s growth strategies and global partner program.
  • Deliver basic Showpad sales training and enablement to the assigned partners’ sales & marketing teams.
  • Serve as a partner advocate within Showpad, while developing and winning strong Showpad advocacy within partner organisations.

 

Candidate Requirements

 

  • 3-5 years as an enterprise SaaS software sales executive with demonstrated track record OR
  • 3-5 years managing & growing partner-driven GTM programs
  • Applicable channel sales and/or marketing background
  • Experience driving pipeline generation with direct sales and/or partner GTM teams
  • Working experience in a Martech environment a plus
  • Collaborative personality; comfortable working across many functions and teams 
  • Self-starter & problem solver, who is prepared to work in a fast-paced, creative and entrepreneurial environment 
  • Solid strategic planning and financial modelling skills
