The B2B sales team mission is to provide support both technical and digital to make sure our pro clients buy easily on our platform and develop a repeat purchase habit.
The B2B sales team is composed of inside sales and outsourced agents, for our French, Spanish and Italian market and in 2022 for German and English market.
Your mission? You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional pre sales experience for our french pros, through our outsourcing partner and inside sales team(e)For this, you will be in charge of sales performance, quality and process carried out by our sales team(e)You will work closely with French sales manager, quality manager and sales ops manager.
Your main objectives will be :
- Performance : be responsible for excellent SLA
- Quality :
- Operation : support our partners on day to day requests
- Preferred experience :
Analyze and report on sales and agents performance,
Ensure optimal staff allocation based on forecast and capacity plan,
Optimize leads assignment by priority,
Monitor quality audits carried out by our quality analysts,
Follow up improvement action plan on trainings & coaching,
Deliver trainings to oursales agents,
Ensure the best use of our sales tools,
Follow up on process and HQ news,
3 to 5 years degree / 2 to 4 years of experience,
Former experience within a sales team / outsourcing company is a plus,
Good English level (another language is a plus),
Data driven,
Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills,
Good digital culture, knowledge of digital sales tools is a plus,
Good writing and communication skills.
