As an Outbound Operations Intern, you will report to the Outbound Growth Manager and your job will be to help Aircall increase performance of outbound teams through measurement, scalable processes and tools. 

Your mission @Aircall:

  • Keep track of all the demands within the Outbound Team and be the point of contact for Sales Ops
  • Provide tech support on scraping and importing accounts and contact lists into Salesoforce
  • Create, optimise, and maintain strategic reports and dashboards (Outbound Growth Dashboards, BDR  Manager & Personal BDR Dashboards)
  • Support tech implementation of strategic initiatives and new tools (ABM, additional lead sources, etc)
  • Drive performance analysis and reporting
  • Manage Team Jira tickets

A little more about you:

  • Fluent in English (French or other European languages is a bonus!)
  • Tech-savvy and eager to try new solutions
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking
  • Previous sales experience in a B2B tech company is a plus 
  • Previous experience working with sales tools is a plus Good knowledge of Excel/ GSheets
  • Quick learner and thinker, you can easily adapt in fast-moving environments
  • Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and results-oriented but still an excellent team player
