Lifen is looking for their new Office Manager: as a member of our People Operations team, you will be working mainly onsite in our Saint-Lazare office to provide Lifeners with the best-possible work environment and actively reinforce our values and company culture.

Missions
- Provide top-notch service to our Lifeners and visitors
- Manage our WeWork and our other office-related vendor contracts
- Plan internal events (company drinks, team-building,…) to reinforce our company culture in France and abroad
- Assist employees both on site and remotely regarding Office Management topics in a timely manner
- Make sure office-related topics are compliant with our security standards in France and abroad
- Monitor data related to our offices, for example OM costs, vendor contracts and attendance.
- Organise the new hires on-boarding both on site and remotely.
- Provide operational assistance to the People team on various projects, including international expansion.
- If applicable, coordinate the office moves (not planned, but could happen in the future).

Profile
- You are an excellent communicator, both in French and in English, written and oral, capable of galvanizing teams around a project as well as synthesizing information in a way that speaks to your audience
- You have a great sense of service and the well-being of your colleagues is a priority for you, you are able to anticipate potential issues that may arise
- You are organised and flexible, able to shift between priorities in a fast-paced environment
- You are eager to solve challenging problems day in and day out, your curiosity helps you find creative solutions
- You are a team-player with a sense of urgency
- You back your decisions with data and have a strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Previous experience in a similar role and/or in a start-up environment is a plus
