We’re looking for an Office Manager in Paris!

As an office manager, you will report to the Head of People!

? Your mission:

Happiness Management:

  • Support the People team in the on-boarding and off-boarding of employees (NYC/Paris/Singapore)
  • Be the owner of the office: welcome employees/visitors onsite and entertain internal conversations on Slack
  • Ensure a comfortable and safe physical working environment
  • Ensuring a smooth collaboration with our providers (premises management primarly)

Internal Communication:

  • Organise social life, events and celebrations, seminars, workshops etc

Admin & HR:

  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to answer questions on on-boarding/off-boarding in multiple locations (NYC/Paris/SG)
  • Assist with on-boarding, orientation, and welcoming new employees- on-site and remote
  • Manage employee travel (between offices, remote to office, conferences,...)
  • Help with interview arrangements in office if necessary
  • Manage all stationary and equipment orders, run errands for the office

? What we look for:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience as an Office manager or equivalent position
  • You are able to adapt to a fast growing environment
  • You are able to build strong relationships with the team based on confidentiality and trust
  • You have outstanding communication, interpersonal skills and Emotional Intelligence
  • You are fluent in French and English.
  • You are creative, hands-on, organised and also data-driven
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest and implement improvement
  • Autonomous - you take extreme ownership over your work
