YOUR TEAM
Composed of highly talented and experienced creative people, project managers, business development managers and coordinators, the Events & Brands team is split between New York and Montreal
YOUR MISSION
As Multimedia Director (MD), you will act as the creative lead on a project(e)Your responsibilities will include the conception, design, production and integration of multimedia projects based upon the strategy developed by the Producer and Creative Director(e)It will be expected from you to have a 360 degree vision that includes environmental and visual content design (real time, data driven and pre-rendered), user experience and technological constraints(e)You will ensure the quality of the project ; be responsible for maintaining the artistic vision of a project and for helping the members of the team achieve this vision.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and develop concepts for projects and pitches;Have the vision, passion, leadership, motivation to guide a project from conception to integration;
- Supervise and direct a multidisciplinary creative team: 2D & 3D animators, compositors, video editors, writers, conceptors, graphic, set, sound and lighting designers, developers, technical directors - from conception to integration;
- Work alongside the project leadership in developing the strategy for production phases, deliverables, resource allocation, and schedules;Possess a solid understanding of the technology and visual content production processes used in multimedia environments and demonstrate this understanding in creative decisions and team communications;
- Effectively communicate creative ideas through presentations and ongoing creative development, both internally to project teams and externally to clients and stakeholders.
DOES YOUR BACKGROUND INCLUDE
- Post-secondary education in Design, Multimedia, Performing Arts or other relevant discipline, or equivalent professional experience;
- Comfort in communicating with international clients, both corporate and institutional;
- 2 to 4 years of experience in creative team, artistic direction, visual content creation;
- Awareness of the operational and technical complexity of multimedia playback systems;
- Demonstrated abilities in digital tools such as the Adobe Suite.
