KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 
As relatively new brand to Europe this role offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in replicating and transferring the successes of the UK and US markets into the French/ Southern European Market
 
You will possess excellent account management skills and ideally come from a Sales background(e)You will have proven experience dealing with senior level buyers at major European retailers such as MediaMarkt/Saturn (MSH/MSD)
 
As a critical member of the European leadership team you will have strategies to deliver on growth plans for both the retail and direct-to-consumer businesses.  This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that will ensure best-in-class delivery to both retail customers and direct-order consumers.  The French MD will be an “orchestra leader”, leading several teams whilst meeting customer and consumer expectations.  Additionally, this leader will embody and drive the “maniacally eliminate efficiencies” objective and mindset.  The ideal candidate will leverage a relentless desire to win and drive continuous improvement ethos that seeks the best solution in order to deliver the world-class results that SharkNinja has consistently generated over the last decade.
Specifically, the French Managing Director will Lead French/ Southern Europe in delivering the best-in-class service.
·         Provide strategic vision
·         Tasked with leading the Sharkninja expansion in France Southern Europe 
·         Competitive-spirited and dynamic professional with strong strategic and commercial acumen.
·         Experience in international companies and global brands across multiple distribution
·         Contribute and help Develop retailer relationships and expanding ranges within existing retail partners
 
·         Support the Prospecting, contract negotiations and appointment of new retail partners
 
·         Native French speaker
·         Work closely with internal functions, Marketing, Commercial Finance, Operations & Finance. 
·         Work in close partnership with the EU Head Office and other sales channel to determine and agree go to market plans. 
·         Be able to speak English to an intermediate level
·         Spanish/ Italian language beneficial
·         Demonstrable experience in similar environment
·         Work closely with the wider European Leadership Team
