The Product Design Team
The Product department is looking for his/her new Lead Product Designer, in order to come help us having an impact on the future evolution of our product and the daily lives of healthcare professionals.
👉 You will be joining the Product Design team as Manager of the team(e)The team is in charge of thinking, designing and creating the interfaces of Lifen’s products that are currently used by millions of health professionals(e)🩺
The team is composed of 2 Product Designers, working fluidly and collaboratively with the rest of the organization through all aspects of the design process(e)The whole team is working from the Headquarters in Paris (St-Lazare)(e)However, you can choose the remote policy that suits you the best from France.
Your future missions as Lead Product Designer
As Manager of the team you’ll be in charge of taking part to the strategic decisions and contribute actively to the creation of the design of Lifen’s interfaces:
- You’ll be in charge of managing the Product Design team in post by taking care of mentoring, regular feedbacks, performance review, career evolution, etc.
- You shall work closely with your cross-functional partners to design and build reliable, scalable, and flexible products.
- Designing features that ship quickly and with high quality.
- Plus, you’ll make sure to work closely with the engineering team to ensure a high-quality implementation.
- You role will also consist in establishing a design culture within the whole company.
The profile we’re looking for
🩺 You have significant work experiences in designing interfaces for hardtech or B2B solutions and you’re able to read complex discoveries.
👥 Previous record in managing a team is an added-value, however this is not a must have if you have experiences in mentoring, leading projects and taking part in strategic decisions.
📯 You are a real communicator and know how to federate and create a real collaboration within your team and with other collaborators.
📱You rigorously manage your projects and do not move forward alone, team spirit and collaboration are essential for you in order to create a real design culture.
🇬🇧🇫🇷 Proficiency in both English and French is required in order to work effectively with all members of Lifen(e)
