The opportunity 

Product Business Partners act as bridges between product and business teams; they are responsible for maximizing the business impact that our product and service have on a specific product scope.  

Which means both: 
 - Building the right product differentiation vs(e)competition: helping prioritizing and defining which new features will increase the value proposition we have for our customers, defining the launch strategy, sizing and monitoring the impact
 - Ensuring that our product feature set translates into customer added value (via strong adoption and usage plans) and turns into revenue for the company (via the right pricing & monetisation strategy)


Your missions 

You will join the Go to Market team whose mission is to grow PayFit’s competitive advantage and accelerate healthy business diversification.

As a Product Business Partner, you will work very closely with product teams (Product Managers, Engineers, Designers) and business teams (Ops, Finance, Sales, Customer Success).  

Responsibilities range from:
 • Empower product teams on market trends and competition
 • Influence new features value proposition
 • Build the bridges internally between business and product teams
 • Design the go-to-market strategy (marketing plan, monetization strategy, training plan) for the launch of new experiences and adoption plans of existing ones) 

Some examples of initiatives:
• Explore untapped market opportunities (industries, partnerships, integrations, etc) that will unlock new growth streams for PayFit
 • Plan and coordinate launches of new experiences that will strengthen PayFit differentiation
 • Define adoption and usage plans that increase the impact of new and existing features

Product Business Partners are business-grounded with a deep understanding of the company strategy and business metrics (revenue, product usage, customer satisfaction) - and an exceptional ability to lead or contribute to initiatives across different teams.  

Success in the role especially lie in the ability to:
 • Act as an owner
 • Challenge the « why » of key decisions
 • Manage and align expectations from many stakeholders internally
 • Ensure smooth and deep execution at all times
 • Get the right figure to get the right learning 
 • Communicate clearly what goes well, what goes wrong 
• Proven capacity to rapidly acquire expert knowledge on new products areas (at PayFit from Time, Payment, Payroll to Performance & Engagement for instance) and have an impact

Ideal candidate profile probably includes: 
 • 5+ years of experience
 • Love for strategy & love for details
 • Strong analytical mindset
 • High level of autonomy
 • Great fit in cross-functional contexts
 • Passion for impact
