As Malt is growing and scaling we are looking for motivated individuals to join our Freelance Performance team(e)This team mission is to identify and activate the talented independents that our clients are most interested in(e)This team is the spearhead of our growth strategy towards our community of freelancers, and lays out the first steps of successful collaborations for these individuals.
As Lead Business Developer, you will
Manage a team of 3 Business Developers: you lead them and you are responsible for the team’s performance.
Be a key stakeholder on defining & refining processes, you provide valuable internal feedback.
Synchronize with Malt Sales Teams to understand precisely our clients most valuable needs(e)
Operate tailored sourcing campaigns to attract the most qualified talents.
Interview, motivate and select freelancers to join Malt and accompany them in growing their business in their first months.
Be the first voice of Malt’s excellence of service towards our freelancers community(e)Become a key player in the team to improve our operations.
About you,
You have 5 to 7 years experience in Sales or Recruitment in fast-paced environments.
You have proven track record on managing a team.
You are eager to source, identify, contact and onboard highly skilled freelancers and create impact for them, for our clients and for Malt Excellent leadership & project management skills.
Excellent communication skills and proven ability to convince/sell/persuade.
Seasoned knowledge of tech industries, jobs and skill sets.
You are a French speaker with fully professional English and comfortable in an international environment.
• Screening with Hamza, our Talent Acquisition Manager, to better understand your background, aspirations and answer your questions (30-45 minutes)
• Interview with your future manager, Camille, to discuss your experience and the role in more detail (45-60 minutes)
• Home assignment to prepare and present to in order to evaluate your hard skills
• Final interview with our CFCO, Perrine to discuss Malt’s long term vision.
