Au sein de l’équipe commerce et international growth, vous contribuez à l’analyse et la mesure de la performance de tous les sujets relatifs à la croissance.
Vous apportez votre analyse dans l’évaluation des performances commerciales et l’identification des leviers de croissance (sélection, prix, disponibilité, qualité, merchandising,…)
Votre profil orienté data et analytique et votre capacité à travailler en équipe sont des éléments forts qui porteront vos recommandations au sein de l’entreprise.
Missions:
- identifier les chantiers pour utiliser la data comme un levier de croissance sur le scope commerce (piliers sélection, prix, dispo, quality, merch)
- Construire les business cases, chiffrer les potentiels d'incrémentalité des projets
- explorer les chantiers en amont, identifier les solutions techniques et data
- définir les protocoles de test, les critères de succès et de continuation / industrialisation des chantiers
- Identification de nouvelles sources de données (dont data externe)
- développement d'outils data d'insights et de génération d'inputs catalogue
- support au travail d'amélioration algorithmique
Profil
- 6+ années d'experience (e)Sens business .
- Une passion pour l'analyse, la visualisation et l'optimisation
- Une experience précedente en ecommerce ou retail = gros plus
- Orienté résultats et solutions orientés
- Très bon niveau SQL
