Operating as a marketplace, ManoMano is continuously seeking for new value-added services for its sellers(e)ManoMano is recruiting for a Lead, Advertising Account Management position(e)We believe that advertising can enhance the customer experience and generate a positive return on investment for our advertising partners(e)We are looking for a highly motivated leader to join our talented team to help scale our early-stage e-commerce monetization program(e)This role will manage a team of account managers who partner with our merchants, sales and product to drive advertiser experience, revenue growth, and foster product improvements
As a Lead, Advertising Account Management, you own the creation of the sales strategy and revenue forecasting for the business(e)You will support and enable your team to meet and exceed goals set, act as a representative for merchants at the C-suite level and collaborate with internal teams(e)You possess great communication skills along with analytical thinking, and will develop deep expertise in our advertising products(e)You have experience in working within constantly evolving environments.

Main Missions:

  • Lead a team of Account Managers to deliver a best in class merchant experience and growth their investment within advertising services
  • Drive overall advertising sales and account management strategy, execution, operations, and growth
  • Own reporting and forecast of advertising revenue
  • Manage and create a high-performance team culture
  • Work cross-functionally with merchant sales and support them to deliver towards business goals
  • Lead a team of sellers, driving customer success and investment with Google advertising solutions
  • Create a vision and develop a disciplined approach to your business to hit key metrics and milestones to deliver against ambitious business growth and product adoption goals
  • Ensure Google advertising solutions are cultivating maximum value for your business
  • Cultivate an inclusive, high-performance team culture fueled by diverse hiring, clear vision, and support for team members to learn, succeed and grow
  • Coach sellers, providing them with the guidance necessary to strengthen their skills, effectively manage stakeholders and engage in meaningful conversations with C-levels, while ensuring customer satisfaction

Profile requirements

  • Ability to work in English
  • Graduated from a Business School / Engineering School (or equivalent university education)
  • 5+ years of professional experience in digital advertising and client facing roles with a first experience managing a team
  • Consistent track record of driving a sales or account management team, both local and remote in an international environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to own business forecasting and reporting
  • Demonstrated high attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Have a competitive edge and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Fluent in French, German, Spanish, Italian or Chinese is a plus
