As part of the G&A team, we are hiring a Knowledge Manager that is responsible for ensuring that team members can access and use the information they need to do their best work(e)You will create the processes and structures through which knowledge is recorded and shared (e.g : Pricemoov’s Notion)
Your main challenges
- Accountability for all the processes and tools to build, share and develop knowledge at the company ;
- Facilitate our employees to grow and to learn things about themselves, expertises, their careers, and Pricemoov’s life along the way ;
- Structure and create processes and tools relate specifically to developing the knowledge base within the organization ;
- Processes: Design the guidelines, rules, and standards of excellence that will help people adopt best behaviors when our teams share information ;
- Tools: maintain and develop our Knowledge Stack (Slack for Sharing information, Notion for knowledge base..), and ensure links with functional repositories adapted to specific roles.
- Alignment: Making sure Pricemoovers, on a team or company-wide basis, have access to single sources of truth regarding who we are, what we do, where we’re going, and how we operate ;
- Learning: Making sure teammates have access to the means to acquire new skills or upgrade existing ones ;
- Infrastructure building: Implement and manage the tools, but most importantly creating and maintain the associated processes and training.
What we are looking for
- Master’s Degree in Communication or Knowledge Management with 3 year’s minimum experience as Knowledge Manager in a company which knowledge is a strong asset for growth context
- You have already used Slack and Notion (Mandatory).
- You have a taste for "no-code" tools used in the start-up ecosystem (e.g : Airtable, Learning Management System, SAAS tools, Google Suite, Add-ons..)
- Communication skills & Benevolence: You’ll meet and work with teammates with different roles, personalities, levels of experience, and workflows ;
- Empathetic curiosity & Team spirit : Ability to identify new problems that colleagues themselves are not yet aware of ;
- Priority management: Establish the criteria and identify the stakeholders that will help you rank different knowledge management issues and set appropriate timeframes ;
- Project management and coordination: divide and plan each Knowledge Management project efficiently, and have the right rituals or routines to follow up on everyone’s progress ;
- Ambition & Adventure: Manage Knowledge rather than people and find the right balance to be firm when needed to push progress or get better quality from contributors ;
- Willingness to do the hands-on work: You need to really get into Knowledge Management tools, configure them, and make them work to their full potential(e)Train people and drive sharing best practices adoption.
- You're speaking and writing english very very well :)
