?YOUR ROLE WILL BE :
As a Junior Backend Engineer, you will join a multidisciplinary and multicultural product team (back, front, QA engineers, product owners, UX/UI designers...). You will be part of a growing product team (more than 50 people) both organisationaly and structurally.
?YOUR MISSION WILL BE:
- Deliver high quality, tested and maintainable code ?
- Build new features in coordination with the product team
- Continuously learn and improve the codebase quality along with the entire engineering team, mentored by talented people ?
?YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF:
- You have a first programming experience in backend development (ruby or another language)
- You have an experience with a relational database like PostgreSQL or Mysql
- You have a passion for code quality and overall development best practices
- You like to collaborate with different profiles and professions
- You are organized and autonomous
- You have a great oral and written communication in English ??
?NICE TO HAVE...
- Experience with docker
- Experience in testing (unitary, integration, e2e)
- Knowledge of design patterns
- Open-source contributions
?RECRUITMENT PROCESS
- A 60 min video-call with our Lead Backend to better understand your career plan and answer any of your questions
- A fully remote exercise to evaluate your hard skills (we swear, it's not one week of work)
- A 30 min video-call with our Lead Backend and another person to review your exercice and help you project yourself in the company
- A 30 min video-call with our Head of Human Resources to better know you and answer any of your questions at this stage of the process
?Our recruitment process lasts max 10 working days and we can deliver an offer 48 hours after the final interview
