Being an IT Manager at Veepee means to lead one of our product teams to deliver results in a sustainable manner(e)Your team will be composed of different types of profiles, such as, developers, QAs or UX designers(e)You will work closely with the Business department and the Product Owner. 

As an Interviewer Community Lead, you will take responsibility for animating our great community of interviewers, integrating new participants and training them to be able to assess and engage new talents at vpTech(e)You will contribute with new ideas to our interview process, as well as facilitate the interview scheduling process smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • To give meaning to the team adopting the right management methods according to the team needs;
  • To develop the team without doing micromanagement;
  • To build your team with the right competences and the right spirit;
  • To share company information & spread out team activity;
  • To define and run a clear and relevant organization within the team;
  • To build a solid and consistent pool of interviewers, leading and animating them, integrating and training new members;
  • To bring new ideas to our interview process and work closely with our Recruitment team;
  • To facilitate the interview scheduling process by suggesting new potential interviewers or proposing improvements to run it smoothly.

Your profile:

  • Emphatic and open-minded;
  • You're not afraid of taking risk for your team and making tough decisions;
  • Client and user-oriented, your goal is always heading toward the business needs;
  • Dynamic and able to communicate easily within your team and across the company;
  • Broad understanding of IT technologies;
  • Good knowledge of Agile principles;
  • Good English skills to interact with a large multilingual environment.
