The Role
As part of its strong growth the Ledger IT Infrastructure PMO team is seeking an experienced IT project manager who has a broad background in IT infrastructure and who has ideally worked on IT security and certification projects such as, ISO27001, SOC2, ISO22301(e)The role requires a strong technical background and a collaborative team player with experience of managing projects across the organisation(e)The successful candidate will have the ability to interface and influence cross-functional teams throughout the company.
Primary responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Security and Certifications team qualifying requirements and driving change, organisational and technical
- Collaborate with stakeholders internal and external as required to support the certification roadmap(e)
- Coordination and integration of new security processes as required by industry standards including but not limited to SOC2, ISO27001, ISO 22301(e)
- You prepare, lead and follow up on meetings and project reviews and ensure weekly reporting to stakeholders.
- You participate in the definition of roadmaps and the establishment of quarterly and annual project plans(e)
- You are responsible for planning and deliverables in strict compliance with deadlines, you know how to detect and manage critical paths.
- You select subcontracting companies(e)
- You challenge the various teams to find solutions, improve planning, and reduce risks.
- You ensure that in the project, everyone knows their roles and commitments.
Requirements
- You have at least 5 years of experience managing IT projects with a strong background in IT infrastructure.
- Ideally you have previously worked on conformity and security certification projects notably ISO27001 and or ISO22301
- You are mobile internationally as part of the internationalization of our infrastructure(e)Proficient English essential, French a bonus(e)
- You know how to communicate, convince, explain and justify your choices. You are honest and realistic(e)
- Experience managing costs and forecastsUnderstanding of contracts and penalties.
- Experience with document lifecycle management (written, approved, maintained)
- Test plan / validation cycles (Unit, E2E, etc.)
- You are familiar with the different elements of a project including milestones and the risk management and mitigation plan.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, high level of pressure and rapidly changing environments
