JOB SUMMARY
Joining the OCUS Operations team means joining a team made of passionate people who have one mission: make sure that the OCUS photographer’s experience is the best experience that exists on Earth(e)We are that ambitious!
OCUS is looking for a Photo Project Manager Junior(e)As a member of the Operations team, you will actively contribute to ensuring that the media production runs smoothly by managing the relationship with our community of image creators and being their first point of contact.
- Ensure all of our clients' orders in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle-East and Africa) are delivered within the quality and lead time targets
- Monitor and support our community throughout the entirety of the process: order, matching, scheduling, image creation, upload and delivery of the media
- Be attentive and reactive when image creators face issues to find solutions quickly
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to identify areas of improvement
- Participate in the automation of the production workflow with the Product and Tech teams
- Ensure a perfect symmetry of information internally within all the OCUS teams
At the end of your internship you will have:
- Acquired knowledge about the photography industry
- Developed strong interpersonal skills in an international environment
- Handled and solved complex problems to accompany photographers
- Used a support ticketing system, a data visualisation tool, and Google suite
REQUIREMENTS
- You are enrolled in a licence and master 1 degree and are specialised in communication, project management or media
- You have a first experience in project management
- You are at ease in a constantly changing environment
- You are fluent in English (both written and spoken)(e)Other languages are a plus (Turkish, German, Arabic, Italian, Portuguese, Austrian, Hungarian, Spanish, Polish, French).
- You are passionate about photography
- You like to investigate and find solutions to the issues you encounter
- You are proactive and autonomous
