As Internal Communications Intern at Dataiku, you will execute communication initiatives to contribute to the efficient spread of information within Dataiku(e)In this newly-created position, you’ll own the operational aspects of several key internal platforms and touchpoints, collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver messages to the wider organization, and ensure all dataikers are enabled to deliver information and messages in a timely manner to their targeted audiences.
The ideal candidate is passionate about operational excellence, enjoys thinking through the ‘why’ of his actions to continuously improve, has great interpersonal, communication, and listening skills, and likes to work in a fast-paced environment(e)English is a must.
In This Role You Will:
- Operationalize the organization of internal events, updates, and other key touchpoints (communication, logistics, speakers, creative materials with our designers, etc.)
- Partner closely with stakeholders internally to systematically align the message and the medium and ensure the legibility of information streams at Dataiku.
- Support users of various internal communications and collaboration tools.
- Deliver timely reports on internal communications, deliver actionable insights, and identify improvements.
- Identify relevant topics of interest for development to internal experts, and project manage their development.
- Ensure alignment and consistency of operations across all internal communications.
- This role reports to the Director of Internal Communications.
About you:
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Communications or Business schools with a major in communications
- Previous internships in internal communications, project management, (in-house or agency)
- Excellent standard of written and spoken English; copywriting skills
- Strong interpersonal skills: you enjoy working in a dynamic, international environment
- Strong project management skills, ability to prioritize
- Autonomy and creativity
- Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and innate curiosity
- The ability to learn and understand specifics of various technologies
- Geographic location: must be able to commute into Dataiku’s Paris office at least once a week.
