To assist the Chief of staff, we are looking for a highly motivated, hard-working, and talented individual with strong organizational and analytical skills(e)Through your work, you will gain exposure to various aspects of the Ledger group’s business (market research, steering committees organization, fundraising, etc.), while acting as a second arm to the Chief of staff, including managing operational rhythm, strategic initiatives(e)This is an opportunity for someone with a broad range of interests to take on and deliver many functions and with a strong problem-solving mindset.
Duration : 6-9 months
Beginning : January/February 2022
Location : Paris (France), 2nd district
Missions
- Solve problems and deal with issues before they are brought to the Chief of staff
- Design strategic reports, build competitive and sectoral analyses to identify future growth areas
- Prepare and work on strategic projects: meeting preparation and organization, follow-ups on deliverables, recommendations
- Prepare reporting, presentations, and speeches (internal and external stakeholders)
Requirements and qualifications
- Preparing a Diploma in Engineering or top-tier Business school
- Entrepreneurial mindset and love working on challenging topics and projects
- Highly autonomous, well organized, proactive attitudeFluent in both English and French to feel comfortable when talking with our international teams
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- A previous experience in a challenging environment (e.g(e)consulting, banking, tech scale-up) is highly appreciated
- Having a strong interest in cryptocurrencies, NFTs, Web3
