This is the reason why we are looking for a HR Tooling Lead, who will act as an enabler of this ambition(e)
More specifically, you will : 

Define ManoMano's HR tooling strategy, developing an overall vision of HR functional needs and proposing a relevant tooling architecture.
Provide support to various HR stakeholders in charge of implementing new tools (recruitment, engagement…) to recommend a coherent system
Implement and supervise ManoMano HRIS: 

Finalize the deployment of the ManoMano HRIS (SuccessFactors): deployment of the 2022 modules: talent management, onboarding and compensation & benefits modules iLiaise with SAP technical teams, the integrator and the internal IT team to build the interfaces between SuccessFactors and the associated tools and information systems.

Recommend a change management strategy to engage employees and managers
Provide training and support to HR users of the solution
Take charge of SuccessFactors corrective maintenance, through simple system manipulations or the support of partners for more complex evolutions
Identify SuccessFactors solution evolution needs
Take charge of payroll projects implementation in future MM subsidiaries + any other module

Ensure the quality of reporting from the SuccessFactors solution

PROFILE

  • 5+ years of experience with a strong focus on HR tooling - ideally with a mixed experience in consulting and within a company 
  • An experience with SuccessFactors
  • Ability to work with technical partners (IT, integrator)
  • Knowledge of HR topics on several streams (Payroll, Admin, Performance, Talent…)
  • A willingness to innovate and test new approaches in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent collaboration skills and a willingness to get involved in a strong human culture
