What you will be doing:

This position will report to the French Director of Human Resources and will collaborate with all the HR's across our offices.

The HR project manager plays a key role as a business partner(e)Working closely with all the HR Directors of Artefact’s international offices, allowing them to deploy advanced Talent Development processes(e)The HR project manager also is key in enabling and supporting all Artefactors in using these tools and processes.

This job offers a great opportunity to learn about and deploy best in class processes while still having lots of room to propose ideas and improvements.

The scope of work of this position covers the following:

  • Performance review: administrate, deploy and continuously improve the People Review process with the “Performance” module of Cornerstone across all our offices and support our HR’s
  • HR processes: administrate, deploy and continuously improve the other HR processes supported via Cornerstone (welcome emails, onboarding surveys, dashboarding and reportings)
  • Campus and rotation program: coordinate the Campus global actions with local HR teams and to ensure they set local action plans to attract and hire the best talents from the most relevant schools, create and deploy, with the help of the french campus recruiter the new international exchange program for interns across all our offices(e)// implementation and deployment of a VIE policy in the context of international exchange programs
  • Happiness survey: prepare and manage the Happiness survey campaigns sent out every two months to all employees to measure a NPS score with Skeepers
  • HR community: lead the global HR community thanks to meetings, exchanges of best practices and onboard new HR joinees
  • HR budget: collect and monitor the HR budgets of our offices and manage the HR group budget 
  • Onboarding - take over the Improve and deploy of the entire onboarding process (4 days, monthly programme) and scale it globally
  • Lead Diversity and inclusion project to establish global policies working with HR Leads and local work groups - set up and roll out a Diversity & inclusion policy according to the French laws
  • Management base camp: take over this cross office week of training in Paris (5 days, twice a year)

Eventually, the HR project manager will help the local HR teams adapt and deploy the onboarding week(e)Depending on your current level of experience and competencies, this mission can be assigned from the start or after a few months.

No previous experience with Cornerstone nor Skeepers is required(e)Any experience with Performance or Mailing systems are a plus 

What we expect from you:

  • 2-3 years of experience
  • A professional or fluent level of English (oral and written)
  • Eagerness to learn, great organizational skills and autonomy
