We seek an experienced HR Operations Specialist to provide frontline EMEA HR support to employees and our greater HR team(e)The ideal candidate is team-oriented, detail-focused, technically savvy, and comfortable in an evolving, fast-paced culture(e)This person will be an integral part of the People Operations team and will have various opportunities for professional HR development in our “all hands on deck” environment(e)Must be highly adaptable and flexible with shifting priorities/processes.

Your Impact

  • Provide first-level HR assistance to managers, employees, and former employees on policy-related questions and a variety of HR needs
  • Provide daily support to HRBPs for internal client needs, projects, processes, trainings, etc.
  • Input and handle accurate employee data in Workday and other HR systems including new hire entries, job changes, pay rate changes, terminations, etc.
  • Manage HR tickets via ServiceNow case management
  • Manage tasks for and support HR initiatives such as merit/performance cycle, reporting, etc.
  • Maintains detailed operating knowledge of processes, systems, and services offered by the HR team
  • Quickly make sound decisions around advancing open HR issues to HRBPs and functional management for timely resolution
  • Experience handling confidential and/or sensitive information with attention to detail
  • Perform any other functions as required by management
  • Ensure that all HR policies and programs follow regulatory requirements, assist compliance, and audit sample selection/validation
  • Continually strive to improve all HR processes and programs, while identifying and implementing new ones

Your Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years demonstrated ability in HR field
  • Standard EMEA HR processes and procedures
  • Experience with HR systems
  • Extensive Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to influence and manage change and deal effectively with change management initiatives
  • University degree or combination of equivalent human resources work experience and education
  • Demonstrated proficiency in handling confidential information
  • Experience providing positive internal customer experience with effective oral and written communication skills; including but not limited to strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and a keen ability to make fast and accurate decisions
  • Research, analytical, and critical thinking skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Workday environment
  • Comfortable with ServiceNow
  • Speak French in addition to English
