When you join Odaseva, you’ll work alongside some of the most accomplished people in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Odaseva is looking for a HRBP EMEA to assist with their exponential grow(e)The position will be based in Paris and reporting directly to the Chief People Officer.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Deploying People strategy on your territory
  • Providing guidance to senior management to lead and support their team in accordance with the company's end-goals
  • Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  • Identifying training needs for teams and individuals
  • Reviewing, developing and implementing country-specific standardized policies, procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws, projects specific terms and Odaseva standards
  • Participating in building and deploying the main HR processes : performance reviews, salary reviews 
  • Working closely with CAO on payroll matter
  • Responsible for office management in Paris and London

You will bring:

  • BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • 7+ years experience as a HRBP or similar role
  • Experience in strategic planning
  • In-depth knowledge of all HR functions
  • Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS, ATS)
  • Excellent leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Full professional fluency in both French and English
