The head of workplace is primarily responsible for making sure that time spent in the office is the best experience it can be(e)This is both in terms of the value for the company and the experience of the employee(e)It falls to the workplace experience people to oversee all aspects of the working environment.
Your missions ?
- Constantly adapt workplace convenience to Swile growth and our geographically distributed team;
- Ensure Health, safety, security and proper insurance coverage to Swilers wherever they work from;
- Guide Office Life managers, office assistants and/or receptionists in managing their office running daily tasks;
- Be Swile’s face and contact point for main external providers related to our office facilities; constantly reassess services provider delivery quality;
- Lead projects for mid-long term improvement of our workplace as we scale
- Own workplace budget monitoring including our office renting contracts and providers contract management;
- Own our Events policy, set a frame for Swilers to organize events in and off site as needed, with respect for security, safety, sanitary measures as well as corporate brand image.

Recruitment process ?
