Do you dream about entrepreneur experience and want to be part of building a new business within BackMarket helping a 1T$ industry (Pro IT equipment) in a profound mutation changing its way of consuming electronic goods, all around the world? 

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Head of Sales for a new business: Back Market for Business (B2B). 

This scope is Global as we operate in EU, US and Asia. Preferably to have the role based in New York, USA(e)

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): ?

  • Build and manage Sales and Account Management teams from scratch
  • Define and execute Sales strategy to source, convert and manage Large Enterprises accounts (more than 250 employees, more than 50M€ revenue) to purchase refurbished equipment IT and services
  • Define the right set up strategy (process, tools to have efficient account CRM)
  • Develop innovative solutions for our clients looking for high customization, building an ecosystem and creative business models of partnerships to address Large Enterprises.
  • Source and manage key B2B Refurbished merchants that would provide Supply for Large Enterprises orders(e)
  • Negotiating all aspect of the order (devices, quantity, price, quality & services) to ensure best deals for our Pro clients and satisfaction for long term relationship.
  • Coordinate and synchronize with BackMarket Supply teams to leverage synergies
  • Build and manage a Pre-Sales team and service dedicated to SMEs (scale assistance to help finalizing SMEs carts)

YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: ⭐

  • You have 10 years experience, in similar Head of Sales role in digital companies, demonstrating your commercial, management and leadership skills
  • You have experience in building from 0 to 1, with entrepreneurial mindset, very hand's on before scaling the business.
  • You demonstrate strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, while be able to think out of the box to find disruptive solutions.
  • Offer strong B2B experience and network of Enterprises
  • Comfortable in agile, hyper growth, ever changing environment where you demonstrated your creativity, entrepreneurship and flexibility
  • Be solution driven, able to build innovative and disruptive solutions(e)
  • IT knowledge is a strong plus to provide right sales guidance and assistance to businesses seeking advice when purchasing IT products (mobile phones, laptop, tablets)
  • Passionate about Green and circular economy, as we want you to help businesses to embrace this new trend and support their willingness to reduce their carbon footprint.
  • Strong communication and relationship skills that enable you to communicate towards leadership and develop strong cross business units and teams collaboration.
  • English speaking, French is a plus
