You will create and implement a go to the market strategy for retail strongly aligned with the country expansion plan, you own are the responsible for our Retail sales and profitability.

As responsible for the retail channel you will be building a strong ambitious team from ground up and leading all retail marketing activities of our brand Emma;

You will drive strategic marketing initiatives in the offline world AND for the interaction between the digital and the in-store experience;

Ensuring a good relationship to our retail partners is a priority and you can balance your work within different interests;

You will lead and implement the onboarding process of new retailers across all stakeholders;

You are an expert when it is about trade and retail focused product marketing – you know how to track, analyze and optimize the results of your efforts;

You will lead product launches within the retail spaces;

You will align closely with our customer insights team to ensure bold customer satisfaction at the POS – therefore you work data driven and force continuous optimizations of our marketing and sales activities in store;

 

 

You have strong communication skills and speak fluent English on top of French

You have experience with retail and B2B; annual contract negotiation

You are data driven, you know how to track, analyze and optimize the results of your efforts;

You can start a project without a team, and later build a strong French retail team;
