Malt is growing rapidly(e)In order to reach our ambitious goals, we are offering you the opportunity to join the Malt Data team as Head of Data.

The Data team is part of the product team that is in charge of creating the most efficient marketplace possible for our freelancers and clients(e)This team also supports the other teams to provide them with tools to make their daily life easier.

As Head of data, you will be responsible for envisioning and creating Malt's strategic vision around the data we have at our disposal(e)How to make data available to maximize its value, whether within the product for our users, or to the Malt teams so that they provide maximum value to our users.

- Lead, grow, and develop an organization of highly skilled data scientists, data engineers and data analyst through excellent hiring practices, coaching, team building, and more

- Drive Data best practices and processes both within your team and across the entire company, and foster a healthy and collaborative culture

- Detect business opportunities in partnership with Malt leaders (CMO, COO, CFO ect...)

- Work closely with the exec team and influence strategic decisions through data science and analytics

- Good understanding of search and recommandations engine

- Experience with a marketplace, or a website using an advanced search engine

- Experience with a Cloud environment, ideally GCP

- Data team management with a high level of impact

- Demonstrate strong attention to detail with thorough execution and thrive in a fast-paced environment

- A track record of leading cross-functional initiatives

- Excited to make an impact at the company level, influence product, and business strategies, ect.

- Screening with a Talent Acquisition Manager - 45 minutes

- Interview with the VP Engineering and the CTO - 1 hour

- Interview with the Leads of the Data Teams - 1,5 hour

- Final Interview with the CEO - 1 hour
