Our Corporate teams support the company’s performance and growth whilst putting people at the core of everything they do(e)As a French tech leader and a global successful company, our Corporate teams are constantly looking for ways to innovate and increase organizational efficiency to keep Voodoo ahead of the market(e)Voodoo’s Corporate function is composed of four teams: People, Legal, M&A, and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo’s success.

Role

We are looking for a Head of Compensation & Benefits to drive our C&B strategy across the globe:

  • Define an innovative and competitive C&B  strategy (salary, bonus, equity, benefits) in line with company culture and objectives
  • Ensure fair and efficient implementation of C&B strategy across locations
  • Manage employee’s equity from grant to sell
  • Perform annual compensation review process for all regions
  • Be at the forefront of emerging trends and best practices
  • Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
  • Manage relationships with external providers (Equity, Benefits)
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, Legal on C&B topics

Profile

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Strong quantitative and analytics skills, agility with excel and pivot tables
  • Ambition to disrupt the status quo and innovate
  • Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management
  • Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations 
  • Full proficiency in English and French
