Role
We are looking for a Head of Compensation & Benefits to drive our C&B strategy across the globe:
- Define an innovative and competitive C&B strategy (salary, bonus, equity, benefits) in line with company culture and objectives
- Ensure fair and efficient implementation of C&B strategy across locations
- Manage employee’s equity from grant to sell
- Perform annual compensation review process for all regions
- Be at the forefront of emerging trends and best practices
- Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
- Manage relationships with external providers (Equity, Benefits)
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, Legal on C&B topics
Profile
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position
- Strong quantitative and analytics skills, agility with excel and pivot tables
- Ambition to disrupt the status quo and innovate
- Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management
- Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations
- Full proficiency in English and French
