INTRODUCTION
As part of our growth, we are now looking for a Head of Accounting to oversee all the accounting operations of PlayPlay.
In this key role for our business’s success, your responsibility will be to build a world-class, scalable Accounting organization through systems, tools, and processes, in order to support the development of our global business.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Piloting all the accounting activities from general accounting to analytics accounting
- Managing outsourced accounting firms, then building and developing a very talented team when the time arrives
- Leading the implementation of our ERPEnsuring the application and development of globally harmonized accounting processes, policies, and controls, properly documented.
- Leading the preparation of local statutory accounts in accordance with local GAAPs and IFRS.
- Working with external advisors to ensure the company meets and maintains all compliance requirements across all the relevant taxes and obligations, minimizing fiscal risk and validating consolidated tax results.
- Developing our internal control framework
- Supporting the implementation of other tools within the Finance department Daily interactions with other G&A departments (Revenue Operations, FP&A, Legal, HR) and with the business
- Maintaining a permanent regulatory watch/update
REQUIREMENTS
- A Master's degree in Accounting, management control, or audit
- DSCG level is imperative(e)French chartered accountancy “Expertise Comptable” highly recommended
- 8+ years of experience, ideally with a first experience in an accounting firm/audit firm (at least manager position) + an additional experience in a corporate as Head of accounting / International Accounting Manager
- Knowledge of ORACLE Netsuite is a plus
- Knowledge of US Gaap is a plusFluency in English required
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization
- Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results
- Ability to tackle topics of high-level complexity, and also get hands dirty because of our stage of development
