Own the key data assets related to ManoMano Growth strategy
Supported by Growth Engineers and Data Engineers, you will be in charge of both quality and activation of data products, such as:
Data automation & enrichment systems for paid acquisition channels,
Pricing dashboards to monitor catalog competitiveness.
Lead generation systems for the B2B Sales team.
Partner with business owners to discover and experiment new growth engines
You will build a productive relationship with business teams to identify the next best technical problem to solve(e)In this partnership, you will align stakeholders on the right KPI, propose ambitious experiments and engage them on the next iterations.
Define the Growth Roadmap and ensure its execution
Aligned with ManoMano objectives, you will nurture and prioritize the team backlog to ensure that we always solve the right problem,
You will manage the execution process, writing the technical requirements, organizing engineering resources and leading team meetings,
You will test, validate and monitor the quality of your delivery.
Must Have
- Masters degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science, Maths, Engineering or related field,
- Analytical mindset, willingness to dig into the details,
- Ability to produce consistently high quality deliverables, to synthesize and to communicate effectively(e)Willingness to go beyond the initial scope,
- Creative mindset to quickly identify solutions & shortcuts,
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing scale-up environment.
- Self-awareness and ability to create productive relationships with both business partners and software engineers,
- 2+ years of experience working with data in a tech company or a consulting firm, preferably in e-commerce,
- Mastery in SQL,
- Fluency in French and English.
Nice to have
- A first successful experience working with Python, PhP or other programming languages
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
- Willingness and ability to quickly learn new technologies
