In order to support our Team, we are seeking a Greeter/Ambassador for our Paris Flagship location for weekend for Saturday and Sunday(e)This first contact is essential, it commits the company and therefore implies irreproachable conduct and a careful presentation from the host(e)He knows the inner workings of the business, knows how to respond to basic information requests(e)Being the first customer contact, your role will be to provide a quality welcome, to direct customers to the right person or the competent service (s).
As an ambassador of our brand, your main responsibilities will be:
Provide exceptional customer service that exceeds our customers' expectations.
Respect the standards of our brand through the service provided to customers, your attitude, your behavior and your dress code.
Develop product knowledge, including manufacture, materials, maintenance and design in order to provide competent customer service.
Participate if necessary in stock management.
Ensure the proper management of customer entries and exits from the store while respecting the health measures put in place to fight against the spread of COVID-19.
Be proactive in order to help the team achieve its objectives or solve problems.
Have a commercial flair
This job may be for you if:
Similar experience in the Retail sector (experience in the luxury or premium luxury sector is preferable)
Fluent French and English
Mastery of sales standards
Good interpersonal skills and very good communication
