Since January 2021, we have partnered with the Bolloré Group to accelerate our development(e)We want to double the size of our workforce and have already recruited 50 employees in 2021(e)By the end of 2022, we want to open 3 new offices internationally and thus expand on the international market !

The Finance Team :
The mission of the Finance team is to guarantee the reliability of accounting and financial information and to set up the indicators necessary for monitoring the activity and reporting to the management.
The team is composed of 3 sub-poles :
- Management control, reporting, business analysis
- Accounting : Until now, our accounting was carried out by a chartered accountant, it will be internalized at the beginning of 2022, which will allow us to be more reactive and independent.
- FinOps : Customer recovery and risk management
The team's challenges in 2022 :
- Internalization of accounting
- The internationalization with an opening of subsidiary in the US, Spain and Italy
- Expansion and structuring of the team
What is it like being a General Accountant at OVRSEA ?
In a context of internalization of our accounting in early 2022, you will fully participate in this new challenge as well as in the participation and implementation of administrative and accounting procedures.
As a General Accountant, you will join the team under the supervision of the Accounting Manager, Carole, who has 10 years of experience in a large audit and consulting firm.
Through this position, you will have the opportunity to be at the heart of the key issues of a fast growing company.
Your assignments will be divided into 3 parts :
General Accounting (50%)
- Import and validation of purchase, sales and payroll entries in the accounting software (Talentia Finance)
- Lettering and analysis of general accounts and third party accounts
- Verification of the cost accounting
- Cash
- Integration of bank entries and bank reconciliation
- Follow-up and control of fixed assets
- Preparation of supplier payments
Monthly and annual closing (30%)
- Contribute to the work of monthly closing and half-yearly and annual closing by participating in the accounting and calculation of all closing operations (cut-off, analysis of different items ...)
- Relationship with local accountants (subsidiaries in Spain and USA)
- Import monthly accounting data from subsidiaries into the accounting software
- Management of intra-group flows (current accounts, internal clients and suppliers)
- Ensure the entry of our accounts in the group's reporting and consolidation tools
Tax and legal declarations (20%)
Preparation of tax returns : VAT / CFE / CVAE / IS / payroll taxes...
Preparation of DES declarations

- Training in accounting, such as DCG / Bachelor's degree (Bac +3)
- Mastery of the rules of accounting and taxation
- Mastery of accounting software and Excel
