Your Role:
As FP&A Manager, you will report directly to the Finance Director.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Budget & Business Plan:
- Being in charge of the preparation of the annual Budget, the Forecasts and the 3-year Business Plan (scope Group/subsidiaries, France, USA, Australia, UK and Malaysia)
- Working closely with the internal Business Partners, mainly in France and in the USA, in order to understand, challenge and support their needs.
- Making sure that engaged costs respect the budgeted / forecasted costs and cash burn through the monitoring of our KPIs and/or the set-up of new reporting tools and dashboards.
- Financial & Strategic Analysis:
- Building what-if simulations/scenarios for new projects (new product launch, new geo, pricing review, etc…) and share your ideas/recommendations.
- Identifying risks and opportunities linked to the global Group performance.
- Controlling and monthly close:
- Being part of the monthly closing process and assisting in building and completing reports for the Top Management and the Board Members.
- Contributing to the optimization of the financial/accounting tools and processes in order to improve the global Group performance (new budget tools, recurring and manual tasks automation, new dashboards and / or processes, etc…).
You will bring:
- Master degree in Business, Finance or other relevant field
- Significant experience of at least 4 years with such responsibilities within a SaaS scale-up / start-up.
- Strong experience in Excel / Google Sheets modeling, and strong analytical and synthetical skills
- Rigor, autonomy, proactivity and a team-player mindset
- Full professional fluency in both French & English
